VISION
A future where every young person in foster care has access to a stable home environment that honors their dignity, supports their well-being, and prepares them for a successful adulthood.
Core Values
-
Safety First – Physical, emotional, and psychological safety are non-negotiable
-
Trauma-Informed Care – We recognize and respond to the impact of trauma
-
Dignity & Respect – Every young person deserves to be seen and heard
-
Accountability & Transparency – To youth, families, partners, and regulators
-
Equity & Inclusion – Care that honors culture, identity, and lived experience
LONG TERM VISION
The Foundation aims to create a sustainable, high-quality residential model that can serve as a trusted community resource.
Youth will be placed through appropriate referral sources and served in full alignment with Pennsylvania child welfare regulations. Once the initial model is established and operating successfully, the Foundation plans to expand its mission to include additional residential homes, subject to licensing, funding, and demonstrated readiness.
Growth will be intentional and guided by regulatory compliance, staffing capacity, and quality of care.
